From October 18 to October 20 2023, the secondary nameserver may have been intermittently unreachable due to a configuration error on one of the authoritative nameservers in the cluster. This would’ve resulted in some of the nameservers timing out and failing to give a response. During this time, at least one of the nameservers in the cluster would’ve responded to clients requests, so no website outages or unreachability would’ve occurred.

All nameservers in the cluster should be reachable moving forward. We’ll continue to monitor.
